We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing amp; Content Creation Manager to oversee the digital media team and be responsible developing, implementing and driving the digital media and marketing strategy. The position is based in a fun and diverse environment.
Job duties:
- Manage both the in-house digital media team and build team of external digital freelancers.
- Over-see all digital content that goes out from the team. Branding direction, brainstorming ideas/concepts, scheduling work, chasing deadlines and filtering through all digital requests from other members of Tape. Hiring, collecting and returning equipment when needed.
- content and Instagram filter creation
- Oversee all social media platforms. Posting, commenting, updating and engaging with the online community via Tape London Instagram / Facebook / Twitter. Managing any inappropriate promoting/posting on behalf of Tape on all platforms. Ensure any partnerships/sponsors social media agreements are met.
- Work with the team to conceptualise and execute events. Pitching concepts for everyone's approval. Sourcing, ordering and organising all aspects of decoration and branded elements. Liaising with all departments to ensure a successful activation.
- Manage updates to club menu, events catering menu and events drinks menu. Creating concepts for club packages and changing designs for big activations.
- Organise/oversee promoter flyers for birthday, event flyers, custom media screen content for events
- Liaise with relevant people on any changes, additions or updates to any of the Tape websites or content created.
- Order branded materials when needed for the club operations team and for marketing and promotion.
- Communicate and organise all artwork in the club including artwork storage, contract and approving invoices.
Working Hours:
Job Type: Full-time
Monday - Friday - 10am - 6pm
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 / year depending on experience
Working between Mayfair and Clapham offices
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Be able to develop and execute marketing strategies, in order to promote the business and deliver brand awareness.
- Be capable of managing multiple social media channels, producing exciting content, building a strong network of influencers to spread the word about our venues and engaging with the online community.
- Be able to create and assist with the design of marketing collateral.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
