Job Description

Call Centre Agent - Part Time (between 20-30 hours per week available)

Birmingham (but currently working from home)

Salary: 9291-13,937 (depending on hours worked) + bonuses + incentives + company discounts website

Hours: Monday - Friday - no weekend shift pattern

Who are we?

What will you be doing?

You will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, working 20-30 hours per week (fixed hours per week once agreed) and responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our customers from inbound calls. You will be resolving a range of customer queries in your section alongside colleagues, working together towards your combined goals.


You will be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs
  • Providing the right solution to meet the needs of the customer and escalating any serious issues
  • Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer’s expectations on every single call
  • Working towards agreed individual and team targets that result in bonuses for strong performance!

To succeed in this role you must be a positive and motivated individual, able to deliver excellent customer service and be a team player.


We look for:

  • Experience of working in a call centre or an environment where you provide customer service
  • Ability to work from home
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Consistent objective achievers against targets
  • An ability to make customer decisions quickly and whether to escalate to your senior colleague
  • Someone who is open to change and innovation - common in our working environment
  • A good typing speed and someone who is at home with multiple systems and software.
