Job Description

A bit about us

Here at Virtuoso we are working hard to develop exciting new technologies, harnessing the power of machine learning and combining this with extensive domain expertise to enable software testing to be performed autonomously with Virtuoso’s intelligent bots taking the lead.

We know this is no easy feat, but nothing worth doing ever is. If you’re excited and inspired by the prospect of working with a team of highly educated, expert engineers from around the world to build a ground-breaking, and dare we say game-changing, product to make testing easier, more efficient and autonomous, then we’d like to talk with you.

At Virtuoso you’ll have the freedom to make decisions quickly and execute them, to work collaboratively with colleagues in other countries, so advanced written and spoken English is a must.

You will be able to apply your passion and experience to build a robust and scalable enterprise product to allow organisations to test their web applications faster and more effectively than ever possible before.

We know that you’ll have a mix of different skills, technologies and experiences, so instead of a long boring list of ‘skills’ or technologies we want people to have, we thought sharing details of our design software and frontend tech stack would be more interesting to you.

Our design software:

  • Figma for collaborative design and Miro for collaborative workshops

Our Frontend Tech Stack:

  • Vue framework
  • Languages:Typescript / Javascript (ES6+) / Node.js
  • Storybook for our component design system
  • Github for source control
  • CircleCI for CI / CD
  • Continuous deployment to AWS and GCP
  • Your favourite technology that can help solve challenges

You will also have the opportunity to run research, interviews, and translate the findings into user flows, customer journey maps, mockups, component designs, and prototypes to help create the best product for our clients.
  • A QUALITY AMBASSADOR - You have a passion for simplicity and intuitive user experience. Ensure the product adheres to defined coding, performance, accessibility and usability standards (which you can help improve) to make sure we’re providing the best user experience on the market.
  • A TEAM PLAYER - Develop, steer, and influence the user interface and experience design across the product team, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
