Job Description

This is a Kickstarter Scheme position (candidate must be on, or have applied for, Universal Credit).

The Recruitment/Sales interns will help increase revenue generation by managing relationships with existing candidates working with Enferm to increase the number of shifts booked and to maximise on our current candidate pool. In turn, this will allow other Recruitment colleagues to focus on bringing in new business to further grow the division.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the allocated candidate pool to maximise all opportunities for all nurses to be placed and increase revenue generation
  • Building positive relationships with nurses and resolving their queries efficiently
  • Negotiating offers and terms with Nurses to minimise business costs
  • Keeping in regular contact with nurses to review:

- Availability to work (including locations and dates)

- Satisfaction in current position

- Compliance status

- Timesheet status

  • Accurately recording all placements and contact with candidates in the CRM system
  • Developing professional relationships with colleagues and ensuring all parties are kept informed of the necessary information in a timely manner
  • Learning and implementing key elements of the sales process in your day to day role
  • Liaising with the Client Team to extend placements of nurses already working Enferm Medical assignments
  • Identifying and actioning opportunities to register new nurses with Enferm
  • Delivering on KPIs set in line with the Company vision
  • Attending meetings and training as required
  • Setting exemplary standards of both performance and behaviours
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedure and reporting systems are adhered to
  • Continually developing personal knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively organise workload
  • Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • IT literate

  • Motivated, driven and ambitious
