Job Description

This is a Kickstarter Scheme position (candidate must be on, or have applied for, Universal Credit).

The Client Account Kickstarters will take on and manage relationships with specific pre-existing clients by maintaining professional and regular communication to maximise revenue generation across each allocated client.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing relationships with specific pre-existing clients and maintaining regular contact with clients, predominantly via email
  • Servicing Client needs and requirements to maximise revenue generation across each allocated client
  • Maintaining Enferm’s reputation by providing a professional and efficient service to clients
  • Supporting the Head of Clients to achieve booking targets
  • Resolving client queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalating client issues to the Head of Clients as appropriate
  • Ensuring that all booking procedures are completed in full every time
  • Working closely with internal departments support overall business performance
  • Communicating client requirements with Recruitment Consultants to ensure Client needs are met
  • Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to extend placements of nurses already working Enferm assignments
  • Delivering on KPIs set in line with the Company vision
  • Attending meetings and training as required
  • Adopting effective and efficient personal working practices
  • Setting exemplary standards of both performance and behaviours
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedure and reporting systems are adhered to
  • Continually developing personal knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively organise workload
  • Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate
  • Collaborative and efficient team player
  • Motivated, driven and ambitious
