Alongside Studio 107 InMotion operates an Investment Team, which is an active early-stage investor in mobility services, data analytics, travel and lifestyle, e-commerce, and InsureTech.
About the Role
Are you able to engage with customers to provide a truly great service? Are you willing to go the extra mile? If so come and join the Pivotal team as a Customer Retention Specialist.
We are a new business on a mission to make motoring more flexible for people needing a car they can call their own.
As a key member of our team, you will need to be extremely organised and able to work on your own initiative to consistently support our clients in changing their vehicle though their subscription lifecycle and maximise customer retention.
We are seeking applications from candidates with proven experience in vehicle leasing and / or vehicle rental, with exceptional customer handling experience. This role is based from home with the requirement for occasional travel to our offices in central London (Kings Cross).
