Requirements

  • Hire more EdgeHogs - Naturally, your core focus will be on delivery as we scale.
  • Own and evangelise - Taking detailed vacancy brief, plan your recruitment strategy and bringing your stakeholders on your journey of collaboration and involvement to a successful hire every time.
  • Treat every candidate’s career as seriously as your own - Take leading role in delivering best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Be a subject matter expert - Lead hiring managers in creating accurate and engaging job specifications amp; adverts to optimise candidate attraction
  • Be a brand ambassador - Understand and articulate Ori’s brand and behaviours through social platforms and events maintaining our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Develop amp; evolve - Own your career path by utilising the support and guidance we’ll provide you to become what it is you want to become.


To be successful in your new role, these are the essentials you’ll need
  • Don’t forget to tell us your stats! - You’re an expert in using various sourcing tools as well as researching amp; establishing new and innovative candidate attraction solutions.
  • An absolute must! - You’ve hired tech talent successfully and consistently by proactively sourcing for the past years in a highly competitive market.
  • Your time is precious - Demonstrable experience of delivering successful hires within tight deadlines. Think critically, naturally pivot to changing priorities, optimise your own time.
  • Data is key - You always use data to understand the narrative and make the right decisions
  • I’m loving this ATS! - strong experience of using a modern ATS to enhance colleague and candidate experience as well as create and present reports to track progress against OKRs.
