Job Description

Where does this role fit in?

As a Senior Digital Marketing Development Manager, you will be responsible for multi-channel thinking and how we connect digital to our group wide services spanning data, CRM and web.

You will be responsible for creating digital marketing briefs from stakeholders around the business and clients to produce client ready pre-sales and sales presentations, proposals RFP’s and other required documented output. You will be responsible for gathering all input from team members and consolidating appropriately as well as driving ITG’s can do service and delivery culture. You will be pro- actively communicating with all stake holders and will deliver top level proposals with the support of the wider team.

Working with the agencies internal marketing teams to develop, execute and report on digital marketing strategies, campaign and lead generation campaigns, you will deliver reporting confidently and positively

You will engage wider business functions with training, knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, competitors, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies and wider department output
  • Helping to create and deliver cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service to our existing and prospective clients.
  • Proactively recommending campaigns, strategies and tactics as needed in response to our business and client needs
  • Understanding the importance of business growth in a key sector and deliver against new business targets and opportunities.
  • Working closely with the specialist teams and deliver briefs to operational ready workstreams via the operational team
  • Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Overseeing current department offerings and create new initiatives for new services

  • You hold strong strategic digital marketing experience agency side working on large projects across multiple brands/territories
  • You have a proven track record in leading digital campaign delivery across multiple clients
  • You will have the proven ability to brief, manage and deliver output across multi-channel audits, digital marketing approach, commercial and service costs, reporting, forecasting and innovation
  • You are client facing and comfortable in managing meetings
  • You hold subject matter expertise across the following channels PPC, paid social, organic search and social, display/retargeting, e-commerce (PLA LIA) and local (footfall)
  • You have an analytical mind with strong digital and customer engagement background
  • You thrive working at pace and confidence dealing with change
  • You are a natural networker - knowing how this agency needs to be seen
