About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior B2B Designer to join us. Responsibilities include:
- Working with the B2B Marketing team and wider Brand Design team to create assets which meet and beat expectations for creativity and inspiration. Create and maintain brand style guidelines, ensuring a high quality and consistent look across projects.
- Creating materials for a variety of marketing channels, not limited to the following; print, social media, display advertising, video editing, motion design, web design and email.
- Creating B2B assets to improve commercial metrics. Taking design briefs from stakeholders and managing the process from start to finish.
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
- Providing smart ideas and concepts that align with business goals. Being flexible, inquisitive and user-focused, embracing iteration to achieve best results.
- Providing support and mentorship for junior members of the team, reviewing junior designers work to ensure they are of high quality. Offering support and feedback to these team members.
Requirements
About You
We’d really like to hear from you, if you have.
- Strong graphic design background, with 3+ years of experience working within an agency or as an in house designer.
- Experience creating B2B assets, as well as working to and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Experience working in a small iterative team. Excellent time management and to be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects)
- An understanding of how analysing metrics can impact lead generation and website traffic.
