This includes planning and assessment materials, intervention packs, activity sheets, PowerPoints and display materials.

The successful candidate will have a strong, current working knowledge of the English National Curriculum and would ideally be working as a teacher in an English primary school. You will use your knowledge and experience to develop resources and your content will be turned into a finished product for Twinkl by our highly skilled design team.

The hours can be worked on whatever days of the week suit you best. You will need to have some daytime availability during the working week to enable online meetings with the Classic English team. This role is suitable for those working part-time in the classroom.

If you’re passionate about helping those who teach, we’d love to hear from you!

Your weekly activity could include:

  • Creating innovative materials to accompany popular themes and events.
  • Producing resources which respond to customer needs and educational developments.
  • Meeting with other members of the team to discuss and develop new ideas.

The role of Content Writer is varied and exciting. You will be working on different resources depending on the needs of our customers and this can change quickly. As part of the product development team, you will have close contact with other writers, and our team of Editors, Designers and Illustrators will bring your creations to life before they then appear on the website.
