What can the new hire expect to be doing and what will they learn. What can a future job in the company look like?
The new hire will be under the direct guidance of our long term Digital Marketing Executive. They will be trained in all functional elements required to create digital assets, to create and deliver promotional campaigns. They will work very closely with the sales team in supporting them with creating awareness and generating leads. Each programme lead will work closely with the marketing team to co-create their plans and required assets.
They will be instructed by our COO on how to manage their own workflow effectively, use our project management and meeting systems for effective team cohesion.
They will be trained and participate in a business development session with the founder and CEO.
