Corporate Finance
We specialise in Mamp;A Advisory, Capital Raising Advisory and Transaction Services across a broad variety of sectors, typically focusing on deals valued up to 50m. We support our clients on all aspects of the transaction from conception through to completion, providing trusted independent advice and a straightforward, personal approach.
You will support on the completion of transaction support assignments, business plans, information memorandums, forecasts and more to deliver effective and relevant reporting to your clients to aim their business decisions. You will work closely with clients to gather?this information and ensure they are kept up to date with progress. The wider team will all work together to meet deadlines together and ensure the client transaction is delivered efficiently.
In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers and the same goes for our people. We will provide you full study support including paid study leave, mentorship and coaching as we support you all the way on your journey onto ACA and to becoming a qualified accountant.
