Job Description

The Client Success Associate, reporting to the Client Experience and Operations Manager, will directly support Client Success Managers in the day to day operations of key relationships, including onboarding, issue resolution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have either past experience working with large, complex organizations in the SaaS technology industry or have a passion to build a career in Client Success at a highly transformative SaaS HR / Talent technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Experience and Operations Manager with the development and management of the Client Services operating model (Processes amp; Tools; Voice of the Client program, Training amp; Enablement; Continuous Improvement; and Product Commercialization)
  • Maintain and update Client Services playbooks, deployment guides, client facing documentation
  • Assist in the monitoring and measuring of client business impact and the development of client dashboards and reports
  • Support the administration and updating of Salesforce.com to maintain the source of the truth for all aspects of the client relationship, program and health
  • Support client implementations, from initial platform setup and configurations, assisting in managing the data collection process to manual testing of experiences for launch.
  • Manage client and candidate issue investigations (bugs, misconfigurations, errors, etc..) from identification through resolution and root cause analysis
  • Support client teams with the execution of configuration change requests
  • Assist the Client Success Managers in the preparation of client facing presentations (Kickoff Meetings, Executive Business Reviews, Business Outcome Studies, Launch Readiness Reviews, etc..)
  • Support Sales team with Request for Proposal responses amp; Information Security questionnaires during the pre-sales process
  • Become proficient in the use of pymetrics platform and tools

Requirements

  • BS / BA degree required
  • Must be assertive, detail-oriented and self-directed
  • Possess and demonstrate leadership skills and ability
  • Effective communication style, including written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Client and team-oriented attitude

  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • 1-2 years of experience within client service/support/success role within (not required but preferred)
