Job Description

Following some significant project wins, we are now aiming to bolster our team of passionate technologists with a .NET Developer to join our expert development, UX and design teams and build some amazing experiences from the ground up, for high profile clients. As these are designed by Nomensa you can expect these solutions will have accessibility, usability and security at the front of mind, and a beautiful front-end.
Responsible for implementing high-level architecture, as well as making decisions on low-level architecture in line with standard approaches and industry good practice. Estimating and delivering technical development activities in line with project deliverables and client requirements. Provide mentoring support to colleagues and contribute to sales activities, creating technical solutions in line with client and bid scope.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be working closely with our teams of talented UX consultants and designers and other developers with one intention: building absolutely fantastic solutions in the Microsoft tech stack; Azure, .NET, C# and Dynamics 365, and developing these in a truly user centred way, following solid research and discovery from our user experience practitioners. You’ll also be building with future scalability in mind, writing clean, clever code and building modular assets that can be efficiently re-deployed.
Requirements
What we need from you
We’re looking for a talented, self-starting back-end and full-stack developer who is highly skilled with the Microsoft tech stack; Azure, .NET, C#, and Dynamics 365, with varying levels of commercial experience. With core experience of developing and implementing CRM solutions for the Financial sector (sector preferable but not essential).
You’ll need to understand C# like the back of your hand and other aspects like microservices, data, display, security and information architecture, logic apps and power apps, and have advanced site-building experience. The platform you’ll be working on is Azure, and the CRM is Dynamics 365, so a willingness to continue learning and developing your expertise as these technologies evolve is crucial.
We’re open to the level of senior experience you have, but most of all we are looking for passionate, commercial software engineers who build things to be as futureproof as possible, catering to different user journeys and needs. You’ll also be able to understand and implement a high level of security and data protection into your builds, and also work with logic apps and power apps.
