The Thurrock Fulfilment Centre based on Eastern Avenue RM20 is our latest opening in our growing portfolio of sites in the UK. It’s being built as you read this - ready to switch on the production lines this summer.
Gousto Section Leaders:
- Maintain good line-flow
- Monitor production workers
- Conduct regular safety checks
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are in place and are being adhered to
- Oversee and problem-solve with the Replenishment team in order to ensure stock is readily available and in the correct location
- Escalating any issue to management where deemed necessary
Person
- You will bring an abundance of enthusiasm and energy to each shift. You will manage and organise your own workload and be a natural multi-tasker.
- You will ideally have worked in a fast-paced factory or food production role and it is essential that you have experience of managing a team of people in a similar setting.
- We are recruiting multiple Team Leaders and Section Leaders, if you are successful you will need to be available to attend a (Covid safe) Induction and Onboarding throughout May, June or July.
- We will hold interviews for these role via video interview from 26th April onwards.
