Kïdo are a network of innovative international nurseries with 24 settings across India, Hong Kong, Dubai, USA and the UK. We currently have nine Nurseries in london and currently recruiting for our Crouch End setting we are looking for an experienced nursery nurse.

About the Nursery:

The school, which is located on the edge of Crouch End’s bustling town center, is our largest London preschool which has over 6,000 sq ft of space for your little ones to explore. It features large classrooms which let in plenty of natural light, as well as a huge indoor stage, for performances and assemblies.

What is the role?

As a qualified Practitioner you will be responsible for ensuring that Kïdo are always providing the highest quality of care and education and that the children have a safe and secure learning environment. You’ll work continuously to make sure that you and your team recognise and deliver the needs for every student. You’ll share responsibility for planning, organising and delivering the activities and learning experiences for the children in your room. Support the room team to facilitate the development of children and enable them to reach their full potential, and work together to help ensure that learning outcomes become daily classroom practice. You will work closely with the managers in the nursery to ensure that Kïdo are delivering the absolute best that they can and to give recommendations about how they can improve their offerings and to always push the boundaries of excellence.

What will you do?

Requirements

  • A full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare.
  • level 2 qualifications in English and maths (including functional skills)
  • 2 years' work experience with children with management experience in an over 90 place nursery setting.
  • experience of supervising, leading and managing staff.
