Novoda is a boutique Digital Product Agency helping brands large and small across Europe build digital products their customers love. We're made up of an eclectic mix of Engineers, Product Designers and Product people who share a passion for helping our clients discover, design and build engaging digital products for their customers on mobile.
For our first 10 years together we worked from offices in London, Barcelona and Berlin, but since 2019 have committed to becoming a fully remote, work-anywhere agency. And we haven't looked back.
We’ve got exciting plans for 2021 and beyond, and right now we’re actively hiring for Product Leads, Principal level Product Strategists, Product Design Leads and Product Engineers for multiple platforms!
Location: This is a fully remote role working with our teams in GMT and CET timezones. Whilst visiting clients is sometimes valuable and occasionally necessary, such visits are the exception, not the norm.
The Role in Summary
Joining novoda as a Product Lead will mean playing a central role in your client's mission to create distinct, measurable, new value for their business and its customers.
Sometimes you'll be helping them to discover completely new ways to create that value for customers. At other times you'll be helping to develop the strategy that gets an idea off the (virtual) whiteboard and out into the market. Most often, you'll be rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into the hard but incredibly gratifying work of shipping new increments of value directly into the hands of real customers. Story by story, feature by feature.
It's always a team effort, but you'll be playing a 'first amongst equals' role. Engaging, coaching and convincing your colleagues, your client and their most senior stakeholders of the next best step to take in developing their product.
If you're reading this, you likely know this story inside out already! You'll have been through the product development mill with multiple iterations of one or more digital products. And despite the many challenges that come with getting great work into customers hands, your enthusiasm for the craft of creating great new experiences is still palpable.
