The world of compensation is messy today.
Most employees don't understand their equity. Promotion cycles are the result of hundreds of messy spreadsheets and outdated compensation surveys. Compensation planning takes hundreds of hours stretching over several months, only to find that employees are still frustrated with their compensation and don’t understand how decisions were made.
At Pave, you will reinvent the world of compensation and help build a more transparent future. Pave allows companies to benchmark compensation to leaders in their industry, analyze internal compensation data, then visually communicate compensation to their employees.
Requirements
Your Primary Focus
As a Software Engineer on Pave’s Data Platform team, you’ll be responsible for scaling Pave’s integration platform, the backbone of Pave’s Benchmarking, Total Rewards, and Compensation Planning products. You’ll work with our backend engineers to scale Pave’s integrations with third-party providers (HR, payroll, cap tables) to millions of employee records, spanning thousands of customers. You’ll work closely with our frontend engineers to make customer onboarding a magical experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience
Creation of fresh cloud infrastructure
Expertise in Database design amp; ETL pipelines
API Design and management
