Salary: 450.00 per day

We’re seeking a highly experienced technical lead to deliver several Drupal build and migration projects. Not only will you be a first-rate hands-on developer, but you’ll also possess the skills to work with others and lead your team to deliver consistently excellent work. This is a client facing role, so you’ll be well-versed in quickly developing strong working relationships across a wide range of well-known clients and provide strategic direction that supports their key objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the build of high-quality code and solutions.
- Scope projects and work with the team to provide accurate estimates.
- Prioritise work, identify blockers and proactively devise solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support your team in adopting best-practices.
- Implement best-practice testing, QA, and code review practices.
- Take responsibility for data security and ensure compliance with relevant guidance.
- Work with the team to align client business objectives with relevant technology solutions.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in developing and delivering Drupal projects.
- 3+ years’ experience as a technical lead or higher.
- Demonstratable experience in Drupal migration projects.
- Full stack experience combining Drupal with a frontend technology (e.g., Vue.js).
- Proven experience of industry best practices including QA and testing.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles and solution architecture.
- Proficient in multiple delivery methodologies (both agile and non-agile).
- Excellent people skills.
- First-rate communication skills, with the ability to speak authoritatively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
