Our sales agents are on the front lines talking to Merchants every day and providing a personal experience that few others in the world provide. The Sales Solutions team was born out of the necessity to enable our sales agents to provide the best customer service to Merchants.
We are a team focused on building and maintaining technologies that enable our salespeople worldwide to provide the best experience for the Merchant.
We are currently using Salesforce as our Sales CRM and developing it to fit the needs of our sales teams. We also build any integrations that will empower our salespeople such as machine learning algorithms to target customers and provide the best product offering while determining conversion rates, automated onboarding of new clients into our systems, and data analysis to guide our product teams in which new features to develop.
The data we collect in the CRM will help us understand what products and features our Merchants need to run their businesses, what difficulties they experience in their operations, and what their ambitions are for the future. All of this data must be organized with great quality in order for us to effectively harness it. This data allows our salespeople to really know who it is they are talking to so that they can provide a personal experience to each and every Merchant. The data also guides our tech teams understand which products to develop and the requirements for those products. This data is the bastion that lets SaltPay effectively help small businesses across Europe.
