About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our London team.

This role will have a huge impact where there are still many things yet to be defined. The role will work directly with the Head of SE Sergi Castellsague and with our Senior Customer Solutions Engineer James Hook. Having autonomy in a fast changing environment, having impact on growth of a successful company, making transport greener in the cities, solving real life problems - these are just a few things representing the role. As the team grows, plenty of opportunities to grow with us will arise!


What will you do?

  • Managing communications with independent and small/medium businesses (SMB)
  • Gathering client needs not fulfilled by the Platform and sharing feedback internally in order to constantly improve client experience
  • Advising existing integrators on last-mile delivery use-cases and keeping them up to date with the latest best practices and features
  • Explaining technical concepts to internal teams (Commercial, Account managers, etc.)
  • Supporting Senior colleagues' key accounts with projects they are working on
  • Reviewing, maintaining, and creating content in the Stuart Community, the Developer Portal, the API documentation, and also internal documentation
  • Investigating issues identified by the clients, sharing advice on how to overcome them

Requirements

  • Native-speaker level for the chosen market
  • Passionate about improving communication processes and relationships with clients
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
