The Senior International SEO Specialist / Consultant role sits within the SEO department and is responsible for devising and executing strategies that enable our clients to expand their organic reach across global territories.

Requirements amp; Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with an in-depth strategic and technical understanding of international SEO, a team player and someone who is constantly pushing the boundaries of best practice. Given the senior nature of this role, we are looking for candidates with established team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Whilst we typically expect candidates to have a minimum of 5+ years experience in an SEO-specific role for this application, successful candidates will be chosen based on skill and track record.
Requirements
To be considered for the Senior International Specialise / Consultant SEO role at Impression, you will need to:
- Have demonstrable experience in creating and managing successful SEO campaigns across international markets
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Have a developed understanding of the role organic search can play within broader international marketing strategies
- Have experience communicating international SEO strategy to senior business stakeholders within a diverse range of verticals
- Strong commercial awareness, using reports to demonstrate tangible ROI for clients while working within each client’s business model
- Demonstrate the highest standards of team management, being a champion for your team, encouraging growth and inspiring those around you
- Experience managing delivery teams and delegating work effectively

Desirable experience
- Agency experience is highly beneficial for this role
- Experience across a number of verticals and industry segments, including lead generation and ecommerce will aid your application
- Having language skills is an advantage, but not essential
Core Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a portfolio of international SEO clients, utilising the wider team to deliver high-quality strategies across multiple markets that deliver tangible results and ROI
- Work collaboratively with other channel owners within the business to deliver integrated strategies and identify opportunities to expand the scope of existing projects
- Contribute to the evolution of our International SEO offering, working closely with our Head of SEO and Directors
- Work with our client services team to maintain and build our network of multilingual SEO freelancers in order to support the delivery of high-quality international SEO campaigns
- Work with our client services team to manage the relationship with our existing and future translation agency partners
- Work closely with our commercial team to develop and deliver new business proposals in relation to international SEO
- Establish yourself as a thought leader both within the agency and externally. This will include developing training materials and educating our existing team and will extend to supporting Impression’s marketing efforts through tactics su
