Learning Manager

LRN is seeking a Learning Manager to join our global team in creating, producing and delivering e-Learning experiences to our fortune 500 partners. Working within our services team, you will be familiar with the management of instructional design and the design planning of engaging eLearning content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will require some onsite presence and travel.
  • Understand and communicate our client’s vision and strategy.
  • Recommend appropriate instructional method(s) based on content analysis and proposal.
  • Rapid response to new initiatives/ad hoc requests.
  • Translate requests and changes in direction into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Recognize and address impacts of change (internally and to client).
  • Help develop team competencies for next generation of business model.
  • Interface between client and US and Europe-based development teams.
  • Design input on large blended learning initiatives.
  • Creation and maintenance of positive working relations.

  • Design planning for retail experience preferred.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Certification in project management
  • BA in English language or equivalent experience
  • Degree in Creative Writing is preferred
