Factory Analyst (4 on 4 off, day and night shifts available)
You'll be based in our office in Spalding, providing technical administrative support in order to meet the department objectives by accurate and timely processing of information. You'll be regularly running reports, so experience creating data spreadsheets using Excel/Google Sheets formulas would be necessary. This role works on 12-hour shifts 4 on, 4 off.
Days 6am - 6pm
Nights 6pm - 6am
What you’ll do
- Data Analysis of Line Performance through creating, interpreting and delivering reports
- Adjusting stock following review by Operations, updating our WMS accordingly
- Investigating issues with boxes - logging and triage of stock issues with key stakeholders (Planning, Stores)
- Interaction with Production for release of boxes and splits of consignments
- Supporting with the delivery of key departmental KPI’s
- Reviewing WOs and addressing their shortages, liaising with Production to ensure swift fulfilment
- 1st line operational support - Understanding order flow issues and errors, solutions and escalation points
- 1st line operational support - Monitoring our systems (Dashboards, Slack, Radio) proactively calling out and managing issues requiring escalation and fix
What skills do I need?
- A high level of computer literacy in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role
- Willingness to learn and develop IT / Tech skills in support of the factory estate.
- Previous production administration experience in a warehouse environment is ideal
- Previous experience gained within a similar role preferably in FMCG environment
- Demonstrable experience of working with Warehouse Management System
- Excellent attention to detail
- An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
