Requirements
It's not very often you get an opportunity like this: we'll be asking for your input, guidance, experience, teamwork, ideas and camaraderie, and we’ll navigate the unknown together, the mysterious and the upside!
You’ll be heading up the Supplier Relationship Management team at Beauty Pie which currently consists of 3 x Supplier Relationship Managers and 1 x Sourcing Manager. Using our business OKRs as your north star, you’ll collaborate closely with NPD, Finance, Procurement, Technical and Legal to redefine our SRM Operating Model. You’ll develop top to top relationships with critical suppliers and be the escalation point.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Partnerships: executing a supplier program covering JBPS amp; periodic performance reviews
- Legal: ensuring the right contractual framework is in place to deliver on priorities and KPIs
- Costs: ensuring ongoing cost competitiveness and driving savings
- Driving optimal use of working capital through stockholding and payment terms
- Ensuring suppliers maintain SLA amp; OTIF and supporting resolution when service issues arise
- Working with suppliers to secure long term capacity creation in line with business growth
- Ensuring our suppliers drive us forward against our sustainability goals

- Proven global sourcing, procurement, due diligence and SRM best practice experience is essential
- Experience of working within the beauty, accessories amp; apparel industries is desirable
- A strong understanding of risk management in the context of global suppliers and supply chains
- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate
- Commercial, legal and financial acumen with a strategic growth mindset
- A solid understanding of audit, technical, regulatory finance, CSR amp; ESG in the context of suppliers.
- Deep understanding of global manufacturing, operations and supply chain processes
