ROLE:

As a Client Advisor at MATCHESFASHION you will be a brand ambassador, offering the highest level of luxury customer service, aiming to delight and surprise. Working within our innovative retail concept store, No.5 Carlos Place, you will be responsible for hosting, interacting and engaging with all clients, ensuring maximum long term sales and conversion, helping to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty by introducing all visitors and clients to the house concept, the world of MATCHESFASHION, our installations, Private Shopping Service and our Loyalty Programme. Sales focused, passionate about working with people and fashion, you will be confident at building relationships and sharing experiences in a new and exciting environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Host all MATCHESFASHION clients or visitors offering house tours and refreshments where required.
  • Sales oriented - achieve a consistent level of sales, maximising all the company tools - physical, virtual and through edits and recommendations.
  • Provide strong knowledge to clients on seasonal key trends and designers/brands represented by MATCHESFASHION attend regular training sessions to ensure knowledge is up to date
  • Collect and manage client data within the MATCHESFASHION systems.
  • Pro-active clientelling introduce clients to our Loyalty program and follow up with MATCHESFASHION customers through email, phone and other internal communication methods.
  • As brand ambassador, participate at Carlos Place events to host guests and convert them into loyal clients.
  • Partner with Private shopping team to support in relationship-building to ensure a smooth journey of the prospect into a loyal MATCHESFASHION client.
  • Communicating all product and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Confidently use technology in store, such as iPads, apps and till systems, to efficiently process transactions and payments from clients.
  • Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance and standards are immaculate at all times.
  • Partake in stock take, maintenance and processing, including eShop picking if required.
  • Be flexible with working hours, any additional ad hoc requests, such as supporting with events and covering shifts at other MATCHESFASHION store locations as and when required.
  • Meet all KPIs related to sales, stock, customer relations and data.


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or Host within a luxury environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
