The Position
This role is responsible for developing and owning the UK sales targets and management of the sales team (net new business and renewals). This includes the development and execution of strategic plans to meet the sales targets, expand Leadfamly’s customer base while meeting customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth objectives.
To be successful in this role you should have a thorough understanding of marketing, particularly digital marketing trends, saas software sales and extensive business acumen in order to continuously identify and capture market opportunities. As LeadFamly and gamification is an emerging part of the marketing stack. As the UK Sales Director you should be able to brainstorm insights and values driven by data received through gamification. We need a creative, innovative and insightful Sales Director who truly understands marketing and is able to share insights and knowledge with customers, the Sales team and the wider market.
The UK Sales Director will have direct line management responsibility for the sales team including maximizing the sales potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring that the Sales teams are reaching their full potential.
You will be reporting to the General Manager, UK, and also working closely with the Global Vice President of Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and sales activity within the company frameworks for best practice.
