We are seeking a Sales Director UK and Ire to be responsible for all revenue generation activities in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a team player who wants to become part of one of Europe’s fastest growing SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, and join our growth story.

The Position

This role is responsible for developing and owning the UK sales targets and management of the sales team (net new business and renewals). This includes the development and execution of strategic plans to meet the sales targets, expand Leadfamly’s customer base while meeting customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth objectives.

To be successful in this role you should have a thorough understanding of marketing, particularly digital marketing trends, saas software sales and extensive business acumen in order to continuously identify and capture market opportunities. As LeadFamly and gamification is an emerging part of the marketing stack. As the UK Sales Director you should be able to brainstorm insights and values driven by data received through gamification. We need a creative, innovative and insightful Sales Director who truly understands marketing and is able to share insights and knowledge with customers, the Sales team and the wider market.

The UK Sales Director will have direct line management responsibility for the sales team including maximizing the sales potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring that the Sales teams are reaching their full potential.

You will be reporting to the General Manager, UK, and also working closely with the Global Vice President of Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and sales activity within the company frameworks for best practice.

In short, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and achieving annual sales targets in the UK (net new business and renewals)
  • Developing and executing hands-on strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expanding Leadfamly’s customer base of strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Continuously following and staying up to date within the digital marketing landscape
  • Ensuring the UK sales organisation works efficiently and effectively within the company’s commercial framework

As a Sales Director in Leadfamly, we expect you to be able to:

  • Motivate, enable and empower the UK sales team to hit monthly and quarterly goals
  • Work collaboratively across the Leadfamly organisation to ensure that the UK and global goals are achieved
  • Enforce positive disciplines in CRM and sales pipelining in order to ensure accuracy of forecast
  • Act as a manager, mentor and coach to the UK sales team, helping them develop to be the best that they can be
  • Clearly set goals and objectives for the UK sales team within the context of the wider business objectives
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for any matters relating to Sales and Revenue within the region.
  • Guide and advise Managers and Leaders to achieve targets and objectives through the Sales Team - including advice and guidance on PIPs, disciplinaries, and exit planning
  • Provide clear visibility on the activities of the team to their functional leader and provide insight into the team (difficulties, taking longer than expected, reasons).
  • Clearly articulate the vision and benefits of the company and it’s solution to customers, prospects, partners and others within the market
  • Foster a close working relationship with the Head of
