We are looking for an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join our UK team based in Canary Wharf London. This position is a key role for Operations and the surrounding business. PA/Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include providing vital support for the management team, arranging meetings and interviews, Maintain electronic files in accordance with procedures.

- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses
- Conducting research on behalf of the managers.
- Light accounting support, Managing Invoices and Payments
Requirements
- Must be tech-savvy and very familiar with using Cloud services to improve adminstrative support
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of Microsoft packages
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
