We are looking for an experienced PA/Office Administrator to join our UK team based in Canary Wharf London. This position is a key role for Operations and the surrounding business. PA/Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include providing vital support for the management team, arranging meetings and interviews, Maintain electronic files in accordance with procedures.

You will be working for a dynamic and entrepreneurial business that is well-positioned within the technology sector.   • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Conducting research on behalf of the managers.
  • Light accounting support, Managing Invoices and Payments


Requirements

  • Must be tech-savvy and very familiar with using Cloud services to improve adminstrative support
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of Microsoft packages
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
