Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in UK:

Product amp; Trade Marketing Manager


Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for UK and Ireland marketing, whilst having full accountability of the marketing budget, planning, implementation and monitoring.

You will be accountable for managing and implementing all marketing activities (on and off-line) including research, strategic and tactical planning, and implementation. In this role, you will be specifically leading the roll out the marketing communication strategy to all relevant stakeholders.


Being your major accountabilities:

  • Devise the marketing plan for the products and target markets, ensuring a successful implementation and regular reporting on results (KPI’s).
  • Create the strategy to set-up long-lasting relationships with our target groups: including, but not limited to Prescribers, Payors, Patients, and Pharmacies-both in primary and secondary care settings.
  • Work closely with Sales and corporate Digital marketing function(s) to improve and develop the experience of our users and Digital department’s performance.
  • Establish a networking culture with internal and external with KOLs, customers, partners and influencers.


And other specific ones such as:

  • Organise all events and sponsorship.
  • Monitor market and competitor landscape.
  • Manage and liaise with all marketing service suppliers such as creative, media buying, print, event media, medical signatories and digital agencies-ensuring the company remains fully compliant with UK and Ireland regulations.
  • Be fully conversant with the ABPI code of conduct and remain so as regulations change.

Requirements

We are looking for a new team member that:

  • Holds a university degree, ABPI qualified
  • With more than 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in a Pharmaceutical company
  • With experience with Digital Channels: trade advertising, website management, organization of webinars, emailing campaigns and production of digital assets
  • With demonstrable success defining and launching pharmaceutical products in the UK
  • With already proven experience working in multinational/multi-discipline environments.


With specific knowledge on:

o Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, including use of MS software

o Bringing evidence-based decision-making to life through strategic and tactical marcoms

  • With the following key capabilities: Stress management, Communication, Problem solving, Creativity, Attention Detail, Customer Orientation and Digital Thinking
  • Is fluent in Business English
  • Availability to travel 15%
