Why work for VMLYamp;Rx
VMLYamp;Rx is a fantastic place to build a career in a contemporary, fully-integrated communications network. In 2020, Sudler amp; VMLYamp;R (Campaign marketing and communication network of the year, 2020), combined their strengths to form the first global healthcare agency dedicated to speciality Rx. The depth and breadth of our offering is unique, specifically focusing on the evolving complexity of the pharma landscape and science in a way that the healthcare industry has never seen before.
Speciality healthcare is, by its nature, complex and therefore requires a deep understanding of scientific concepts. Data and insights are core to this process, but it is also essential to forge strong, meaningful, emotional connections while remaining true to the brand’s science and story. We harness creativity, technology, and culture to create connected brands that drive value for our clients and make life better for patients. Making a difference is what keeps us motivated.
We have world-class training programmes to support you throughout your career, from when you first join through to leadership level. As part of the world-leading VMLYamp;R and WPP networks, we have access to the best and brightest minds in creative, digital and tech innovation, customer experience, research, behavioural sciences, social and media. You get to work on the accounts of some of the biggest names in healthcare, on the most interesting brands.
It is of vital importance to us that our workplace is an inclusive environment for all. We recently created the VMLYamp;R Diversity, Equity amp; Inclusion council, and we are one of just two agencies to become 3% Certified, a designation for agencies promoting gender equality.
There’s no better place than VMLYamp;Rx to forge a long-lasting and successful career in healthcare communications. We are a motivated team that knows how to keep work fun, so if the above sounds inspiring then we look forward to meeting you!
