Are you the new face of our factory Front of House?
If you love organisation, are highly organised and enjoy being the first point of contact in a business you should join our team! You'll be responsible for ensuring we have the best employee and visitors’ on-site experience by providing support to the Office and Environment Manager.

Location: Thurrock
What you’ll do
- Be the initial point of contact and provide a seamless front of house service for all guests - meeting amp; greeting all visitors and candidates including check-in/out and completion of audit procedures as required
- Be a communication guru ensuring a free flow of information between front and back office
- Provide support for all in-house company events
- Fully manage the reception; ensuring this area and the office are impeccably presented at all times, escalating any issues.
- Daily restocking of kitchen, stationery and office supply cabinets
- Order stationery, supplies and furniture
- Accountable for office expenditure and use of our ordering system
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems, constantly searching for ways of improving efficiency.
- Manage our fob/access system
Your skills
- Previous office-based, secretarial or customer-facing work experience is essential
- Organised, able to work accurately and with great attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google apps
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- The patience to deal with everyone in a professional manner
- Exceedingly adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, and problem solve when needed
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
