Judopay is a new-age payments platform. We build and design the technology that enables payments for brands like KFC, Wahaca, Revolution Bars, Chip, AutoCab and Venditan. Focused on removing that clunky experience from online checkouts, we’re minimising the number of clicks at the checkout, increasing conversion, reducing fraud and giving our merchants a greater insight into how payments can support their business challenges.

Role Overview

We are looking for a superstar Administrative Support Assistant to support our Core Head Office team; Head of HR amp; Recruitment, Executive Marketing Assistant and Director of Finance. The role will support these areas with the smooth running of the daily administrative operations of Judopay.

The ideal candidate would be an extremely organised, hard-working individual, able to simultaneously juggle a wide variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure with a real ‘get stuff done’ attitude. The candidate should also work with a high degree of attention to detail and be comfortable in dealing with all levels of business.

This is a very varied role, with great progression opportunities available as you learn, support and gain exposure in multiple core business areas. Please note, this is considered to be an entry level position, but previous administrative / marketing / finance experience is a +++.

Requirements

  • HR support - managing / compiling employee documentation, employee milestones, compiling data reports, maintaining and managing / updating our HRIS system, company benefits, employee rewards / recognition, general employee queries etc
  • Recruitment support - filtering candidate applications, organising interviews, posting job descriptions, supporting new joiners etc
  • Finance team support - analysis reports, administration documentation, posting invoices into system, updating CRM
  • General office administration - assisting with the running of the office (ordering office supplies, managing conference call details, being the main point of contact for the building management) booking travel for employees, creating and sending out the internal employee newsletter etc
  • Supporting with the organisation of key company meetings and external events
  • Organising meetings
  • Providing support to board members.
  • Keep our office organised and tidy at all times.

Marketing amp; events support:

  • Proving assistance with all Marketing events.
  • Helping the Marketing team with adhoc Marketing projects.
  • Adhoc sales support help.
