They are looking for an experienced growth focussed marketer to join their team in London to drive accelerated growth.
You’ll be working on:
• Growth Marketing: This role is about optimising existing channels but mostly about accelerated performance and driving step-changed growth across new marketing and in new ways. You will build a scalable, repeatable acquisition engine, that allows them to generate leads, drive product adoption and repeat purchase.
• Website: You will work closely with the product and tech teams in global to build the website and app in a way that drives user adoption and retention.
• CRM: Taking ownership of their CRM and be responsible for email communications and email marketing
• Paid search amp; Paid socials: Manage and execute paid search and paid social campaigns to scale customer acquisition across the UK
Requirements
Are you their perfect new colleague?
You are a Growth amp; Marketing whizz with the following capabilities:
• 2+ years growth marketing experience, with at least some years spent at a high-growth B2C scale-up
• Strong track record of delivering results in a paid marketing role
• An analytical approach to marketing: It only comes natural to you to track and improve on key customer metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV and churn as well as developing new metrics to meet the evolving needs of the business..
• Strategically minded with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail
• A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and in-depth knowledge about the UK Market
