Job Description

Vendor Management is a dynamic discipline which empowers an organisation in realising the best service at the best price from Vendors. At Starling, we are growing our vendor management team, to ensure that our vendor partnerships continue to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management of Due Diligence and Assurance deliverables - scheduling, tracking, closing
  • Maintenance of third-party inventory dataset
  • Collate changes to the Vendor Portfolio from the wider business maintaining key Vendor static
  • Participate in regular reviews of the third-party inventory dataset with Risk
  • Foster strong internal working relationships with key business functions: Technology, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations
  • Management of Vendor Management directories, folders and logs
  • Ambassador for Vendor Management within Starling Bank

Requirements

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail, particularly in written communication
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers would be a bonus
  • Computer literate
  • Support a positive team working environment
