Job Description

Infogrid is helping protect the planet and improve the lives of billions of people by making every building a smart building.
Our goal is to be the global provider for connected devices in smart buildings. We already handle millions of events every day from tens of thousands of sensors and we’d like you to help us scale that by an order of magnitude over the coming months.
Sustainability is at our heart; buildings account for 39% of global carbon emissions and we’re creating real solutions to impact this!
A couple of exciting things that have happened to us recently: We raised a successful series A funding round and we were voted one of the top 10 most flexible places to work.
The role:We've gone through significant growth over the past 6 months both in size of Infogrid (20 - 75 employees) and also customer base, with both continuing to grow. We're aiming to have sensors in billions of buildings!This means the number of customers who need to be onboarded to the Infogrid solution and the number of support enquiries/tickets created is also increasing.
This role would be the first point of contact for both of these aspects and will be very varied. You will be joining as one of the first people in the growing Customer Success/Support function.
Onboarding often includes site visits and the physical installation of our IoT sensors (mainly London but also further afield), but the sensors are surprisingly simple to install - so no need to be super technical!What we think you would need to be successful
  • Experience triaging customer enquiries (support, technical, product, sales, etc.)
  • Interested in tech and not afraid to get stuck into our hardware
  • A passion for dealing working with people (customers)
  • Good organisation skills - need to coordinate installations and onboarding
  • Process improvement mindset - how can you make tomorrow better than today?
