Job Description

We are Inline Manual, a digital adoption platform (SaaS) that we have been working on for the last nine years. We are bootstrapped, self-funded and profitable with customers all around the world. As this is a crucial role, as the CEO, I am directly hiring an uncommon sales and growth person to take over sales from me and turn it into a process that scales.

I can offer what I consider the most important: A highly effective team that works together, which has my complete trust. The team that won't let you down is highly accountable, capable of going the extra mile to serve our customersa distributed, asynchronous, calm and distraction-less environment. We are not obsessed with numbers or hyper-growth. Forty hours a week, no more, with paid holidays and other benefits. And work on a product that is being used by millions of people every month. The job is a long-term role (years, decades), and you will have my full attention from the very beginning.

To begin with, I will give you a specific enterprise customer profile for whom I believe our product works. We will build together a plan, but you will develop the process, strategy and execution. You will start selling when ready. You will have my complete trust, and I will be there to help.

You will set your own targets. We can start with as little as zero signed deals a month. Yes, you read that right. We will be experimenting, and it is ok if it will not work as long as we learn from it and move forward. We don't need to win every one, especially if it won't click. Our ongoing target is to remain independent, grow organically and keep our business healthy and sustainable for years to come.

We will put our company values above everything. We do not want to be aggressive; we want to create friendly long-term relationships with our prospects and customers. We want to provide them with a value. No lies, no promises that we can't deliver. Expectations set right from the start.

You will be part of the team, you will be able to influence the product. Together with the Head of Success team, you will set up processes for future growth. Whenever you see fit, you will embark on building the Sales team.

We will celebrate our wins together as a team, be it a new customer or the release of a new feature. This is a full-time position, not commission-based.
