We are looking for an experienced manager to drive process and systems design, operation and implementation in Zapp’s stores. The successful candidate will be able to improve outbound processes with a keen focus on exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments of pick amp; pack processes and systems to understand biggest opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency
  • Work with the learning and development team to roll out new processes through engaging training
  • Create a playbook for taking opportunities or problems all the way from identification to embedded globally at speed
  • Conduct gap analysis to understand where we need to improve in order to achieve exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure best in class outbound processes and policies are delivered to ensure the highest standards of customer and employee experience and engagement

Requirements

  • Commercial, analytical and able to prioritise between competing tasks quickly
  • Understanding of continuous improvement techniques to drive change
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
