Job Description

Salary: 21,000 to 28,000, dependent on experience.

Contract: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week.

Location: Cardiff

We are recruiting for a Business Support Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the HR Director, this will be a varied role involving some elements of traditional PA duties for the Senior Leadership Team, whilst taking on other tasks as required such as HR administration, and events support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing front of house, meeting and greeting customers, visitors, and contractors to Oprema HQ.
  • Organising meetings and minute taking.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for the Senior Leadership team and any other staff as needed.
  • Providing support for any training and events, such as arranging catering and refreshments.
  • HR administration.
  • Any other administrative tasks as required, across all aspects of the business.
  • Any other duties as commensurate with the post.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Experience of administrative support within a B2B setting.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, handling multiple and varied tasks.
