Network Rail are seeking an IT Strategic Workforce Planning and Capability Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Team: Network Rail|Central Functions|Route Services|IT Strategic Change amp; Engagement
Initial contracts will run for 6 months and offer a rate up to 381/day.
IR35 STATUS: Inside IR35. This engagement has been assessed by the public body as Inside IR35 legislation. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement.

The Role
Network Rail have implemented the SFIA framework which saves and standardises IT roles which is operated by the Role Model Plus software. The system creates a development plan for each role and the key competencies of the role and this enables employees to find out about other roles within the business develop and possibly move to other roles as part of their own development. The successful candidate will manage the competency framework and manage the system going forward.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 General visas are cannot be accepted. This role requires that candidates be willing to undergo BPSS (DS) Baseline Personnel Security Standard (with a Disclosure Scotland).
