We are currently expanding our Health and Life Sciences (HLS) business unit, hiring a top-tier commercial and delivery capability to work alongside our technical team.
In the HLS team, we work with organisations from bench to bedside to improve patient outcomes and lower the cost of care. We’ve built and deployed national-scale AI tools to support NHS England mange hospital demand and scarce resources during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are supporting some of the world’s foremost biomedical researchers to use AI to speed up the rate of scientific discovery. And we are proud to be strategic partners of NHSX’s AI Lab.
As a Senior Manager, you will be joining the Health and Life Sciences Sales amp; Delivery team at Faculty. This team works with organisations to embed AI into the way they work and solve their hardest problems. As part of the delivery leadership, you will have high levels of accountability for successfully delivering our hardest projects for senior teams in our largest clients. You’ll be at the forefront of the practical application of AI and a core part of growing our business, with existing accounts and supporting entry into new sectors.
The Senior Manger is responsible for successfully delivering to time and to budget. This means overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Designers, Engineers and Delivery specialists, and identifying areas for growth and expansion within your accounts.
This role does not require deep technical knowledge. Our data scientists will own the technical solution - you do not have to. But it does require enough understanding of data science techniques and their application in order to credibly communicate their function and value to the client, and to oversee their delivery. More generally, you will need to be a natural problem solver and enjoy working closely with technical teams.
