THG Ingenuity:
THG Ingenuity is THG’s proprietary, end-to-end technology and operating platform that has enabled the group to successfully build and scale its own global, direct to consumer (D2C) brands, including market leaders Myprotein and lookfantastic. The platform now powers the ongoing growth of THG’s own brands and services a growing portfolio of leading brands, international FMCGs and blue-chip retailers, including Nestle, Procter amp; Gamble, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Johnson amp; Johnson and Nintendo.
THG Ingenuity comprises access to THG’s international infrastructure across warehouse fulfilment, digital content studios and event spaces, an end-to-end proprietary software solution required to operate and scale retail brands, and a suite of in-house consultative and management services across trading, marketing and brand strategy. Role and Responsibilities:
As a People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to the senior management team within a specific function.
The role requires the ability to hit the ground running , work at pace and adapt to continually changing circumstances. You will be required to quickly build effective relationships with your stakeholders and become a trusted point of contact on all things People in your function.
You will provide expert and commercially driven guidance on a wide range of People/HR areas including employee relations case, performance management, engagement and change management. You will ensure that all issues and cases are handled consistently and in line with legislation.
The People Business Partner will help develop and deliver forward thinking and commercial people solutions to help address challenges in your area. You will be a strong advocate of the THG culture and champion our people and people projects at all levels.
