About the Team
Our Assurance team comprises multi-disciplined assurance professionals across Vamp;V, Testing and Functional Safety. The team works cross functionally across the organisation and with customers to apply our development platform in pursuit of fast, efficient development of safe ADAS and self-driving systems
What you will do
As Functional Safety Manager in our Assurance team, you’ll lead the Functional Safety activities on ADAS and self-driving systems according to the ISO 26262 and ISO/PAS 21448 standards, collaborating with teams across the organisation. You’ll develop safety concepts for various safety functions and carry out safety analysis activities such as HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA etc. Working at SiL, HiL and Vehicle levels, you will define test specifications and carry out testing and validation. Along with defining safety plans, safety cases, safety assessment and confirmation measures.
Requirements
About You
- Strong experience working in Functional Safety in the Automotive sector, ideally with experience in major vehicle automotive manufacturers and working in ADAS domains.
- Good understanding of automotive development process and automotive safety lifecycle.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in Requirements management and change management.
- Good communication skills and confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels.
- You’ll have experience with ISO 26262, ISO/PAS 21448 and SaFAD and/or similar industry standards.
- Experience in SW development such as Model Based Design would also be beneficial.
