Job Description/Duties:

We are looking for ambitious, hard-working amp; skilled individuals with the passion and desire to join a fast-paced and ever-growing influencer agency. This talent coordinator will be expected to organise and advance the careers of an array of top tier talent that we represent assisting with outreach, negotiation, management to ensure all of our objectives are met.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Generate new relationships with talents desired brands, negotiate deals and drive greater revenue
  • Scout and identify new talent for the agency
  • Coordinate timely posting schedules on behalf of talent, passing on key messaging and creative feedback between the client and the brand
  • Be on hand to assist with senior managers and talent should they require support.

Requirements

  • Experience of using Keynote and/or PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interest in working with professional design documents such as decks, proposals amp; briefs.
  • A Conduent communicator
  • An understanding of industry trends
  • Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
  • The motivation to maintain and improve
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
