Job Description
We are looking for a Front of House Porter to join our passionate guest-focused Front Office team at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel.
This role is a key part of our guests journey as you will meet and greet them as they arrive and you will be last person to wave them farewell on their journey home.
The role will involve greeting all guests, helping with luggage, dealing with guest queries, valet parking and generally keeping all front of house areas looking immaculate.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must and you need to show a real passion for ensuring our guests have the best stay possible

Please note due to the remote location of the property then your own transport will be required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Previous experience in a similar luxury hotel
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Confident professional and welcoming personality
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards
