Where does this role fit in?
We are currently hiring for a People Administrator to support our amazing People team and ITG colleagues. This role has a breadth of responsibilities, there will be lots to keep you occupied - you will be working with the People Support team to resolve front line queries for all administrative and contractual enquiries. You will deal with any and every request quickly, either by yourself or escalating to the appropriate member of the team. You’ll be our systems expert, maintaining and updating the various technologies we use to keep a check on all our activities, as well as using them to deliver regular and bespoke reports as needed.
You’ll be busy and able to work at pace, with constantly changing priorities and requests and you’ll need to be able to keep up. Your attention to detail will be second to none and you’ll take pride in delivering a fast-paced, accurate, effective People service. Being proactive, confident and resilient will put you in good stead.
You’ll get the chance to work across the entire employee lifecycle, assisting with payroll, employee relations, and employee development. The great thing is that your job will constantly evolve as the business grows, with different responsibilities coming your way as our business expands.
