Location: Sheffield Annual Salary: 23,000 - 25,000

Due to huge growth within the past year the Strategic Partnerships team at Twinkl are looking for a new production coordinator to help work with our partners to produce some of the world best educational materials. Within the Strategic Partnerships team we work with huge brands from Universal to the BBC as well as the likes of David Attenborough and Joe Wicks. The role will involve working with our production team and pushing through projects created in-house whilst working with our partners.


Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

  • Project managing and pushing through the production of Strategic Partnerships projects.
  • Working with the Partnerships Production team to ensure everything is running smoothly through production and pushing through all aspects of partnership projects.


To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Be an excellent communicator, with the skills to speak to stakeholders at various different levels both internally and externally.
  • Have great project management skills, with the ability to lead teams of various projects.
  • Be passionate about making a difference within education.
  • Be a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to identify blockers and areas where change is needed.
  • Be to develop and increase productivity within Strategic Partnerships production team.
  • Seek to inspire team members to achieve their maximum potential.

In this role, you will learn:

  • How to communicate with different stakeholders and build successful relationships.
  • How to handle various different projects at any one time.
  • How to work with some of the largest and most well-known organisations.
  • How to hustle.
  • You’ll work with:
  • The Strategic Partnerships team.
  • The Partnerships production team.
  • On a day-to-day basis, you’ll run projects with various products, segments and international teams within Twinkl.
  • A wide variety of international organisations, including publishers, broadcasters and film studios.

Requirements

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Has experience of project management, with a track record of successfully delivering various projects.
  • Able to work with competing priorities to ensure tight deadlines are always met.
  • Has an ability to work quickly and think on your feet to handle differing priorities.
  • Very flexible and able to work in an agile way.
  • Has the ability to win friends and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a total passion for wanting to make a difference in the education sector.
