We are looking for a Billings amp; Revenue Manager to join our sister agency GCI Health. GCI Health is a global integrated healthcare communications agency Inspired by People. In this role, you will be critical in managing the WIP, invoicing and reconciling revenue. GCIH is a fast-paced and fun environment and as part of that, there will be very busy periods and tight deadlines to meet. Ideally, you will have a solid finance background and have experience of working in a pressured environment.

Key accountabilities of the role
Your day to day will include managing the revenue recognition process, completing mid-month and month-end process in accordance with SOX requirements. You will regularly prepare project journals, review client budgets as well as maintaining an ongoing record of approved and forecasted client budgets in internal revenue forecast fee phaser based on accurate account from consultants.
You will be comfortable managing time reports and cost reallocations to maintain accurate revenue recognition. In addition, you will be responsible for the process on setup and approval of new client products and jobs in our finance systems. In this role, you will raise and issue client invoices from Work in Progress (WIP) cost and fee accounts on a timely basis. This will also include regularly issuing WIPs to account handlers for sign off and matching Time amp; Cost WIP to pre bills.
