Skilled/Experienced Factory Operators - Immediate Start Roles Available!

The Role:
We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals, capable of working in a busy, team driven environment. Working across various departments, our Skilled Operatives are a key attribute to our business, contributing to the successful, day to day production operations.
Typical duties include, but are not restricted to:
- Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
- Packaging fresh produce
- Machine changeover for product changes
- Operating equipment
- Maintain accurate production records
- Ensuring all cleaning procedures are carried out correctly
- Short interval control
- Operator supervision where applicable
- Reporting to the Cell Leaders, Operatives will be working to ensure that customer standards are maintained at all times, along with a safe clean, working environment.
Please note this position involves, repetitive physical movement, working in a temperature controlled (3 to 5c) environment and will involve periods of long standing. Occasional heavy lifting may also be required.
The Hours:
These vacancies are for full time, permanent, day shift positions with a fixed 12-hour shift pattern, 4 days on and 4 days off.
Requirements
If you have previous Factory/FMCG experience, particularly in the Fresh Produce industry, we would be very keen to hear from you.
We also require individuals with the following:
- Good communication skills English Level 3
- Previous experience operating processing machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong Team Player
- Positive attitude, Flexibility, Hard-worker
