Beam ABA Services support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with developmental disability and learning disability. We provide support in service user homes, local community, and educational placement as appropriate. We are rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality commission. We are currently recruiting for full and part-time staff to work on established home and community-based programmes across North West London. You will work as part of a team supporting service users with primary diagnoses of autism across London with a focus on life skills and community participation. Full or part-time, we accept experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines interested in ABA or PBS, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings.
We also offer globally-recognised, industry-accredited training and support to give you the confidence and skills necessary to help make a significant positive difference to the lives of young people. If you have been working as a support worker but not given opportunities to grow and develop with qualifications and training, this may be an ideal role for you.
We require all Beam staff to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
