Excellent Package: 24k - 28k basic salary + 4.8k car allowance + excellent commission
Realistic OTE Year 1 48k, higher beyond that

Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions, specialist coffee services and Famp;B solutions. We are hiring a high-achieving Remote Sales Executive based in the South East England to join our team, supporting the retention and growth of small Client accounts valued at 1k - 5k in turnover. This is a brand new team, and a remote sales approach is a brand new way of doing business for Selecta- although our 2020 experience has shown us that this model should work well. What makes your patch exciting?
A brand new team, with a brand new way of doing business. You’ll strategically ‘run your own business’ as you see fit, managing all of your clients remotely using modern technology (such as Teams, Zoom, DocuSign), with a handful of client site visits each quarter to retain that personal touch.
This role involves a combination of Account Development/ Account Management, strongly supported by newly formed Client Experience Support teams. Your core objectives will be:
To retain grow existing clients
Grow the size of accounts cross-selling and optimising
Renewal of contracts plus tap into the wider product portfolio
The potential of the accounts you’ll be managing is completed untapped and not currently optimized this is a great opportunity to grow a portfolio currently worth 1m - 1.5m per year. Targets will be in the region of 10% - 20% growth year-on-year which should be easily achievable.
You’ll help shape the culture and identity of this new department, with future career progression prospects. You’ll be representing established, respected powerhouse brands Selecta and Express Vending Express Vending in particular has a strong reputation in the Workplaces industry across London amp; the Home Counties.
Selling the full range of Selecta products, making each deal different and taking the monotony out of the work week: MicoMarkets, Starbucks, Coffee Equipment amp; Consumables, traditional vending, smart fridges and Everyday Essential/ Workplace refreshments
A Great team to join
You’d be joining a mostly remote-based, focussed team who are all individually driven to push the boundaries and over-achieve. We meet in the office periodically to collaborate as a team, share ideas and to support one another to ensure our collective success. Our top earners within Sales genuinely earn 100k+ plus pa.
The Remote Sales Team will be made up of 6, looking after and growing accounts ranging from 1k to 5k in turnover and managing a portfolio of 500 clients on average. There is also planned future growth for the Team. Targets will include 15 20 formal client appointments per week made up of a combination of generic account reviews and others opportunity to upsell) you can anticipate 100 calls per week to existing clients to reach these targets.
